About Me

Hi, I'm Itai—a Startup Thought Partner and Strategic Advisor, helping founders reconnect with their vision, solve complex problems, and make bold decisions.

Based in Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley, I've worked closely with hundreds of entrepreneurs through my roles at Heroic Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm and studio, and as a mentor in startup accelerators such as UCLA, INSEAD, Reichman, ICON, and Fusion. I've guided founders at every stage of their journey, from inception to scaling.

Before Silicon Valley, I served as COO, led business development and strategy in startups, advised a family office, directed Rolls-Royce's Fighter Plane Engines Business Unit, managed Elbit Systems' Digital Soldier Program, and consulted for Intel. I also served as a Company Commander in the IDF Paratroopers Division and hold a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Drawing on my experience as a former VC, founder, builder, and strategic advisor, as well as leadership roles in startups and global tech companies, I'm passionate about helping founders and CEOs overcome challenges and grow into the best versions of themselves—both personally and professionally.
