Itai Maron, a startup CEO Coach and Thought partner, empowers leaders to build scalable, venture-backed companies while fostering personal growth.

This coaching and co-founder-like partnership delves deep into CEOs' personal journeys, amplifying their strengths, creating a safe space for self-reflection, and alleviating isolation while openly exploring ideas, fears, and doubts. 

At Heroic Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based Venture Capital firm focusing on first-money and formation investments, and as a mentor in startup accelerators (UCLA, INSEAD, Reichman, ICON, Fusion, and more), Itai has collaborated with hundreds of entrepreneurs and has invested in, mentored, co-founded, and built startups from inception to scaling through the venture-building model.

Before moving to Silicon Valley, Itai served as COO, led Business Development and strategy in startups, advised a family office, directed Rolls-Royce's Fighter Plane Engines' Business Unit, managed Elbit Systems' Digital Soldier Program, and consulted for Intel. Formerly a Company Commander in the IDF's Paratroopers Division, he holds a B.Sc in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD Business School.

With a background as a VC, entrepreneur, and mentor in Silicon Valley, coupled with leadership roles in startups and global tech companies, Itai leverages his firsthand experience, professional coaching, and his unwavering passion for helping others succeed to empower startup CEOs to navigate challenges while becoming the best versions of themselves.
